For wigs needing a full retouch,
This includes a wash, roller set, and restyle.

Can be for the same style you originally ordered
OR
If you want something different, enter it in your order notes!
Example: This wig was an Ivy but now you want a Veronica.

Only valid for wigs of the same length or shorter.
Example: A Veronica can become a Magda or Marilyn
But a Magda can not become a Veronica.
*Length can be taken but not added.
Take styles with bangs into consideration.

All retouches must be sanitized before sending to me.
Use 70% isopropyl alcohol spray, lysol, or any spray disinfectant on
The inside of the wig cap. Please clean lace as best as you can.
An additional fee will be charged if wigs are not sanitized properly.

Packaging instructions:
After you sanitize the wig, package it in a large envelope mailer or small box. (In a hairnet or bag) The shipping address will be given at checkout.

Once I receive the wig, it will take me up to 7 days to complete the order and send it back.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given on any orders of wigs, hairpieces, or retouches.
